Each month CG Hero holders that completed the quest can claim rewards in the Quest Pool of Rewards
Game rewards: The Game contributes to the pool of rewards with prizes including Cash, NFTs, and Tokens.
NFT royalties: CG Heroes collection has a 10% royalty fee. All these fees will be added to the pool of rewards. On top of that each time a new CG Hero is sold, half of the sale's proceeds go into the pool of rewards.
Quest Sponsors: Sponsors can participate in the pool of rewards (blockchain foundations, infra services, other web3 games, etc.).
$VIL coins: 2% of the Total Supply of $VIL will be awarded for each Quest Pool of Rewards.
The earning mechanics in the CG Meta Game follow a Play-to-Earn model, where CG NFTs have underlying value and provide opportunities for players, collectors, and investors to earn rewards.
Underlying Value and Incentives: CG NFTs hold inherent value due to the healthy mechanism in place. Games within the CG Meta Game ecosystem have a marketing and user acquisition budget that they are willing to allocate to the CG Quest model.
Utility and APY: CG NFTs offer utility and the potential for an Annual Percentage Yield (APY). This attracts new players, collectors, and investors to participate in the ecosystem. The more CG NFTs are traded, the more royalties will be generated and collected within the Quest Pool of Rewards. This further enhances the growth cycle of the ecosystem and increases the potential rewards available to participants.
Factors Influencing APY: The APY of CG NFTs can be calculated based on several factors. These factors include the size of the pools of rewards, the Badges and Equipment owned by the CG Hero (which act as buffs to enhance earnings), the market capitalization of $VIL (the Villain Coin), and the CG Hero owner's capacity to be a competitive gamer or recruit competitive gamers.
